The transaction finally closed.Suffice to say that the owner is to be congratulated that his ordeal of owning the aircraft is finally over. While we are thankful for the business, we came to know and appreciate each other much better personally. We truly wish him and his family all the best for the future.

Against odds and tribulations, we succeedeed in selling Falcon 10 s/n 191. We'd like to express our appreciation and gratitude to Al Lares with whom we partnered up with to effect the sale. We said farewell to 'The Rod' as the aircraft had been so aptly named. We are pleased to announce the change of ownership of Hawker 900XP A6-HWK. The aircraft was  based in Dubai prior to the sale and will stay in Dubai after the sale. What appears to be a simple in-country transaction was actually a bit more complicated. Hawker Beechcraft in the UK performed the pre-purchase inspection admirably, while Insured Aircraft Title Service accompanied the transaction as escrow agent. We thank both the prior and new owner for their trust and confidence in handling the transaction. Spanning cultures, languages, and time zones, it was a fun transaction.

Spanning 2 continents, 3 countries, deal different languages & corporate cultures, a difficult deal turned out to be one the most enjoyable transactions in the history of the company.
